Workshop on The Mathematics of Monte-Carlo Simulations

The Center for Cognitive Skill Enhancement (CCSE) organized a workshop on The Mathematics of Monte-Carlo Simulations which was hosted by Professor Dr. Arshad Momen from Department of Physical Sciences of Independent University of Bangladesh. Over six faculty members and 30 students participated in the workshop where everyone got a clear view on Monte Carlo Simulation, however, this workshop was conducted in such a way that everyone can have a step by step learning processes. There were hands on practice for a better learning experience. Students also got a chance to see C++ codes come to live proving various mathematical models. Students also wrote their own scripts for a better cognitive learning experience.
